This was after around 30 days of the challenge. I train around 4-6 days a week on average for about 45 min.

You don't even feel like its a workout but you'll be so sore and you'll melt fat like crazy! Music is unmatched and I love all the instructors.

My arms before and after 4 weeks of Pilates. They feel more toned - can you see it too?

That's really all I did for 1 month! Insane results... I couldn't get to this point for years of going to the gym! I'm about to lock in for the rest of the year now :)

From couch potato to Pilates pro(ish) in 4 weeks! My body feels like it's been totally rewired. Peep that before and after - is it just me, or do I look less... blob-like?

Pilates is the only that got rid of my stubborn fat! This machine at home makes it so easy and accessible.

I couldn't hit the muscles I needed ton hit in order to get more in shape! Well thank you for this challenge.

Roses are red, violets are blue, I did Pilates for a month, and now I can finally view... my toes! Flexibility gains are real.

Holy moly, 28 days of Pilates flew by! My abs are on fire, but in a good way. Tell me you can see these newfound ridges, or am I hallucinating from all the planks?
